The Bodybuilding Division rewards muscular development, symmetry, conditioning, and classic bodybuilding presentation.
Eligibility
Men age 18 and over.
Physique Standards
Emphasis on overall muscularity, proportion, symmetry, and conditioning. Extreme conditioning is acceptable when it enhances balance and appearance.
Attire
Traditional bodybuilding posing trunks. No logos or excessive branding.
Stage Presentation
Mandatory poses including front and rear double biceps, side chest, side triceps, front and rear lat spread, abdominals and thighs, and most muscular. Individual posing routines may be included if scheduled.
Judging Criteria
Muscular development, symmetry and proportion, conditioning, pose execution, and overall stage presence.
Prohibited
Props, costumes, explicit gestures, or un sportsmanlike conduct.

Men’s Classic Physique Division
The Men’s Classic Physique Division emphasizes aesthetic muscular development, balance, and classic lines over extreme size.
Eligibility
Men age 18 and over.
Physique Standards
Wide shoulders, small waist, flowing muscle lines, and balanced proportions. Excessive mass or bodybuilding-style thickness may be marked down.
Attire
Classic physique-style trunks covering the glutes. No logos or excessive branding.
Stage Presentation
Classic poses and quarter turns. The most muscular pose is not permitted. Individual posing may be included if scheduled.
Judging Criteria
Muscle shape, symmetry and proportion, conditioning, classic presentation, and stage presence.
Prohibited
Excessive muscularity, bodybuilding-style posing emphasis, props, costumes, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Men’s Physique Division
The Men’s Physique Division rewards an athletic, well-conditioned physique with strong aesthetics and confident presentation rather than extreme muscular size.
Eligibility
Men age 18 and over.
Physique Standards
Broad shoulders, narrow waist, balanced upper-body development, clean conditioning, and an overall athletic appearance. Excessive size or extreme dryness may be marked down.
Attire
Board shorts at or just above the knee. No logos or excessive branding. No footwear permitted.
Stage Presentation
Relaxed front and back poses with natural transitions. Bodybuilding poses are not permitted.
Judging Criteria
Physique balance, muscle tone and conditioning, symmetry and proportion, stage presence, confidence, and presentation.
Prohibited

The Fit Model Division emphasizes overall fitness, balance, confidence, and presentation, rewarding a healthy, athletic, and visually appealing physique rather than extreme muscularity.

Athletic, balanced appearance with moderate muscle tone and clean conditioning.
Attire
Men wear fitted shorts or athletic-style trunks. Women wear a tasteful two-piece fitness or model-style suit. No logos or excessive branding.
Stage Presentation
Model walk with relaxed front, side, and back presentation. Quarter turns only. No bodybuilding poses or routines.
Judging Criteria
Overall fitness and conditioning, symmetry and proportion, stage presence and confidence, walk and movement, and overall marketability as stage presentation only.
